3. Client Responsibilities

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Implement recommended security measures in a timely manner

4. Scope of Work and Limitations

Our services are provided under specific scopes of work agreed upon in writing. We will:

  • Conduct testing only on systems you authorize
  • Use industry-standard methodologies and tools
  • Provide detailed reports of findings
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of your information

We cannot guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be discovered, as the security landscape is constantly evolving.

5. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Not disclose findings to third parties without consent
  • Use information only for the purposes of the engagement
  • Return or destroy confidential information upon request

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

  • Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
  • Late payments may incur interest charges

  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

  • With written notice as specified in the service agreement
  • Immediately if the other party breaches material terms
  • Upon completion of the agreed scope of work

10. Compliance and Ethics

We operate under strict ethical guidelines:

  • We comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • We follow industry best practices and standards
  • We maintain professional certifications and training
  • We report illegal activities as required by law

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we use best efforts to identify security issues, we cannot guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be discovered or that systems will be completely secure.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CyberShield Security harmless from claims arising from:

  • Your misuse of our services or reports
  • Your failure to implement security recommendations
  • Unauthorized access or testing you request
  • Your violation of applicable laws

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:
